FUNDING ADVISORY APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Preliminary Information for Applicants
BAG CAPITAL is an independent international funding and project finance advisory firm. We do not provide loans, accept deposits, make investments, or act as a bank or financial institution.
Our role is to assist clients in preparing funding applications, structuring projects, preparing required documentation, and facilitating communication between qualified funding applicants and potential funding providers.
The following procedure applies to all individuals and legal entities seeking funding advisory services from BAG CAPITAL.
1. Initial Application
Applicants wishing to engage BAG CAPITAL for funding advisory services must submit an initial application by email.
The application should include:

2. Required Documentation
The following documents must accompany the application.

Additional documents may be requested depending on the nature, jurisdiction, and complexity of the proposed transaction.
3. Preliminary Review
Upon receipt of the application and supporting documents, BAG CAPITAL will conduct a preliminary assessment of the project and applicant.
This review is intended solely to determine whether the project may be suitable for further advisory services and potential introduction to funding sources.
Submission of an application does not create any obligation on BAG CAPITAL to accept an engagement.
4. Advisory Agreement
If the project successfully passes the preliminary review stage, an Advisory Agreement will be issued to the applicant.
The agreement will define:

Applicable legal provisions
The standard advisory period is ninety (90) days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Execution of an Advisory Agreement does not constitute a guarantee that funding will be obtained.
Funding decisions remain solely at the discretion of the relevant funding providers.
5. Fees and Compensation
BAG CAPITAL operates primarily on a success-based compensation model.
No advisory fee is payable unless funding is successfully approved and disbursed to the client.
Where additional services are requested outside the agreed scope of work, separate fees may apply.
Any applicable advisory fees shall be invoiced in accordance with the Advisory Agreement and applicable tax regulations.
6. Collateral Enhancement Solutions
Where a funding provider requires collateral that exceeds the applicant’s available security, third-party collateral enhancement solutions may be explored, subject to eligibility, underwriting review, and approval by the relevant provider.
Such solutions are not guaranteed and remain subject to separate review and approval procedures.
Any related costs, premiums, or fees will be disclosed to the applicant in advance.
7. Important Notice
BAG CAPITAL does not guarantee funding approval.
All financing decisions are made independently by funding providers based on their own credit, risk, compliance, legal, and commercial assessments.
Applicants are advised not to make any payments to any individual claiming to represent BAG CAPITAL unless payment instructions are issued through official company channels and supported by appropriate company documentation.
